If you’re out of the loop then you missed the announcement this morning when Estee Lauder told the Makeup World that they were in the process of purchasing falling-down-the-hill-fast Smashbox Cosmetics.
Estee Lauder purchased MAC Cosmetics a few years back and has since made it into a Billion Dollar Company.
